I love this place. I am their best client: I stayed here 70 nights in 2015. Small, quiet and conveniently located. Nothing is too much trouble for the very helpful staff (and trust me I should know). I am pretty fussy I even like the food (which has been upgraded). Highest recommendation

The hotel is a short walk from Paddington station, the location is quite good. The reception staff is wonderful, and the inside of the hotel is nicely decorated and clean, but the positive stops there. First night, after international travel, business meetings and dinner, getting back to the room and NO WATER. No warm, no cold. No shower, no brushing... More

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for four nights during the week of November 20-25. We had stayed in another hotel for the first four nights we were in London and weren't thrilled with it either, so decided to try this based on recent good reviews. We booked a four poster bed room. (Room 610). We paid ~$275... More

Rates for this hotel were lower than normal because the restaurant was under renovation. Since there is no shortage of dining options nearby, it's good value while it lasts. The location is very convenient for international visitor. It's a 10 minute walk from Paddington station and the airport express train, and less than that to the Lancaster Gate tube station,... A great overnight stay for the London construction awards that were held in the same location, not to far the stumble up to the room, clean and well kept, great food at the evening event...breakfast well laid out but one of the staff members at breakfast seemed to have lost her personality when taking our orders, however the range and... Nearby the tube. Very close to the center. Very good breakfast in the room. Pleasant people at the Desk and very attentive to customers' needs. A typical english hostel than gives very good services regarding the money spent.

The Royal Park Hotel was an absolute delight to stay at. Located just minutes away from the Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations, I also had the pleasure of walking over to Hyde Park for a stroll. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, as well as professional; check-in and check-out took just minutes. Thank you to the staff, who... More

Best hotel in London I have stayed in. From start to finish it was superb. Booked here as part of a birthday surprise for my girlfriend and everything from start to finish was five star! Upon arrival we were greeted with champagne in the room along with a special birthday cake and card for the girlfriend. The room itself was... More

This lovely, boutique hotel is hidden just a few blocks away from Paddington Station. Old world charm with all the modern amenities. Walk to Hyde Park, Harrods, and much more. This will become my go to hotel when in London.

We just finished up a four night stay at the Royal Park Hotel. The location is extremely convenient - only five minutes walk to Paddington Station and about the same to an entrance to Hyde Park. Fair warning, our GPS was a bit misleading the first time, but once you know where to go it's a piece of cake! The... More
