This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rodents chewing away at things in the room. Very noisy guest till after 2. Poor quality sausage beans and eggs. Pay a bit extra and get a premier inn!!

The place okay, clean rooms, close to Queensway station, just needs to be refurbished. No variety for hot drinks and currently a lot of noise from construction works in the building. Plus you can hear people talking in their rooms. Otherwise, great location.

Stayed just for an overnight stop when we went to see wicked. Room wasnt the bigggest or the smallest. Small window which faced another window and i believe the back garden of a house. Walls needed a bit of paint since seen better days. However room and bathroom was clean. Didnt have breakfast so unable to comment on this.

I have used this hotel for the past 4 or 5 times I have been in London. The short reason is the combination of low price, great location and acceptable standard in the hotel. The staff is not rude, but they are rarely smiling either. It is rare that I have felt welcome at check-in. The rooms are fine. They...

Giving this hotel a rating of 1 is quite generous. Upon arrival the staff were rude, firstly by informing us of a £20 deposit only after the room was paid for. Once we went up to the room we noticed numerous faults including the light hanging off the ceiling, and the walls having huge holes in them. The rooms looked...

I made the rookie error of not reading the TripAdvisor reviews of this hotel before booking, which I did via a 3rd party offer. The reception area is pleasant, and the receptionist was friendly. However from then on things went badly downhill. The room was tiny and very oddly shaped. A queen-sized double had been squeezed in against one wall...

The rooms are small, (nothing new there for London). The carpets need re-newing. But the room was fairly clean and the bedding OK. The breakfast is strange as you can only have scrambled egg, no boiled, fried or poached. There is no bacon but there is Beef sausage. I can only assume they don't serve any Pork products. It is...

Really too small rooms. If you need to work in your room, it's quite problematic - there is no enough space. For Internet you have to pay 10 pounds. For leaving your bag for few hours, 1 pound. All together, I don't know much about hotels in London, but I expected much more than this hotel can offer.

The receptionist could have been nicer, the way to our room was like a maze, the room it self was ok, but the bathroom was very small, you could not even change your underwear in it, plus the bathroom glass window was broken. The breakfast was ok, not bad not fantastic. The only good thing about this hotel it that...

On the other side of the road the hotel looked lovely exactly what I expected from London but on entrance to the hotel I felt I was in a youth hostel. At the front desk there was 3 members of staff one woman who appeared busy a man walking about and an other man who was just sat behind the...
