We arrived at 10pm. The first room had a wet carpeted floor that was being dried out with a fan. The second room already had someone in it. Happy the person wasn't there. Finally the 3rd was the room.It was tight, but did have a double bed, a desk and the bathroom was clean. On the smallish side but okay...

Just returned from a 3 night break at Henry Viii. This is a nice hotel but very dated and the room we stayed in was quite small. Staff are friendly and helpful, pool was small but adequate, breakfast is plentiful and location is fab. If you are wanting a top class 4* hotel then I do not recommend booking this...

It was the office party so made the day of it. Booked this hotel solely because of the swimming pool and sauna which did not disappoint. Check in swift and painless thanks to Ana Maria. Room small but did the job. A good breakfast and check out as above thanks to Ana. As they say you get what you pay...

I booked a double because I thought the single rooms looked small however the double was cramped and and very tired with a small bathroom and no room to move. I would have given 1 star but the location saved it. The carpet was threadbare in places

With this prize level it is quite clear that you cannot expet anything fancy. However the location was just perfect as it is in nice residentila area and less than ten minutes walk from London Paddington and five minutes from hyde park. Therefore offering easy access to airport and subway as well as for great park walks in the Hyde...

the pool and spa are great after a busy day, although the sauna fits no more than 3 medium sized people and there are no towels down there! Rooms are basic and remind me a little of student accommodation, the tube to central London is a 2 minute walk, there plenty of pubs and restaurants in walking distance too. Breakfast...

I rarely give reviews but in this case I wish I could have read mine before I booked it. Everything about this hotel screams unloved! Carpets and upholstery tatty and thread bare. Breakfast can only be described as adequate but not appetising. The orange juice is not fresh. Make your own tea/coffee but then it has a scum on it...

All the hotel staff were amazing, helpful and tried there hardest to understand my brother who as problems with communication. I couldn't of asked...

I have stayed in London many times. Some hotels have been OK. Some good and 1 or 2 terrible. From check in to check out, the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and warm. It was also very clean. The only thing that let the room down was that the chair was...
