Stayed Friday - Monday for a weekend of NFL International Series. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was okay. Didn't really spend much time in the room as we were always out in the streets. But the price was absolutely affordable for students.

I stay here quite often and it's a great hotel for location (next to Hyde Park and in Bayswater with lots of choice of restaurants) easy walk into Oxford St, lots of bus and tube access. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and the rooms are a good size and have been re furnished to a practical functional standard with...

Very easy to find, reception well organised. The room was small but clean and tidy, just right for our 2 night stay. The refreshment area was very sparse, with only enough sachets for one person (we didn't ask for more but I think that they would have obliged). We would go back.

The location is perfect and really for £50 I don't feel like I can moan however... I had the single worst nights sleep of my life! Beds are wooden, stiff and uncomfortable to say the least! Don't stay here if you want a decent nights sleep!

Positives -amazing location, close to 2 tube stations, not far from Paddington station and a short bus ride from oxford street -some friendly and helpful staff -good wifi -luggage storage -clean Negatives -a bit run down, needs some serious upgrading, paint coming off walls, beds uncomfortable -bathroom was tiny! Overall would recommend for the price and location.

I stayed recently for one night. The location is great as two tube stations [Quuensway and Bayswater] close by.Queensway is around the corner so plenty of bars, restaurants etc.Kensington Gardens are more or less across the road and its twenty minutes walk to Marble Arch and Oxford Street. The staff were fine and maybe they come across as a bit brusque...

I will just give short + and -: + Location + Very close to the tube and the neighborhood is nice + Room is big enough (we had room for 2 with double bed) + Little fridge is inside the room (although it is very little) + Possibility to make tea/coffee - No toiletbrush in the toilet -There was problem...

Great location, near 2 tube stations. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but there are lots of places near the hotel that serves breakfast, like Pret a Manger. The room is good although the bathroom is small, but this wasn't a problem for me and my boyfriend. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent Hotel, excellent location 2 minutes away from Queensway tube station and 4 minutes away form Bayswater. We had a few problems with our room ie door handle was broken and the sink was blocked. this was dealt with very quickly by the staff. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Defiantly will be staying there again.

The lobby area gives a good vibe but the room was small with no frills. It had white walls with nothing but dirt on them. The beds are uncomfortable with no extra pillows or blankets. The mini frig is kept in a cabinet and would overheat and start to beep so we didn't use it. The bathroom is so small...
