my only complaint is that the lift doesn't always work. Friendly and helpful staff. I do prefer the ' old' Craven Gardens, however. Nothing fancy but quite decent and purposeful, accommodating. I recommend if you are looking for clean, convenient and with reasonable rates.

Friendly staff, nice beds and rooms weren't too small. However... Being on the 6th floor, it would have been nice if the lift had been working! The shower was weaker than a hose pipe- not good at all. In the morning we missed out on...More

First off reception is awful. They are not helpful at all. Also, if you want to take a shower you have to pay for your towels. The shower itself didn't have hot water for over 5 minutes. Also there is a sign in the bathroom...More
