This hotel was booked as part of a package deal. I booked weekend trip with my son, staying two nights in single rooms. I read the reviews and was concerned about the number of complaints about noise and in particular noise from kitchen in the basement rooms. I therefore sent an email prior to visit explaining that I have a...

A lovely friendly hotel, clean and tidy, we enjoyed an adequate breakfast very friendly staff. A quick walk from Paddington Underground Station, central to Hyde Park, Marble Arch and the West End. We would recommend for a short stay in London at a very reasonable cost.

I called a week before my stay to cancel the reservation but the hotel was not very helpful and kept giving me the runaround. They said call Booking.com I called booking.com who said call the hotel. I went back and forth between both parties and both said they could not help me. So what is the point of having customer...

The hotel was decent for the money. Upon arrival they couldn't find out confirmation but the issue was quickly resolved. The rooms are small and you can hear everything outside your door. Try to avoid a room on the 4th floor if you have big luggage. The lift only goes to the 3rd floor and then you have to carry...

We came to the hotel having booked a 2 single bed room, hoping for not a massive room, just one that is a little spacious. However what we came to find was not like that at all. The room was tiny, there was no where to sit except for one of the two beds. The designers literally just about managed...

Clean hotel , walking distance from Paddington station. Suitable for Malaysians and Aseans . This hotel is 9 mins walk to Malaysian Hall Canteen and near other restaurants. I feel safe here as I always travel alone. Basic but with attached bathroom. Book early and get best rates .

By London standards it's a cheap and cheerful place to lay your head for a night or two. Little broken in places, for example in particular the en-suite needs some maintenance work as there slot of temporary fixes, but does the job. Breakfast isn't anything to write home about but it's ok.

Stayed at this hotel to be close to Hyde park, perfect location. For the cost the hotel is decent, breakfast included. Room was small but adequate, clean enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints here!

Only good point is the relatively close location to Paddington Station. I was given a room in the basement right next to the kitchen. Tiny room and bathroom. Old furniture. Very noisy, both from the road and the kitchen. The room was cold in the morning as the heating is off. Not even the kettle worked. Staff friendly but unhelpful....
