I stayed at this hotel twice and what i love about it is the helpful staff, they have the attitude of "we always can help" which is very hard to find in London hotels. They actually go an extra mile for you just to make sure you are happy. I walked into the elevator of the hotel and the General...

1 night here was a very pleasant experience. The double room was quite small and really should have had a second bedside table. Spotlessly clean however and excellent temperature controls. Also very quiet. Communal areas very smart and inviting. The staff were very polite. The breakfast was beautifully cooked but expensive. Our fault for taking the B&B option though. We...

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location provides easy access to the Underground. Russell Square is a very good location. Great shopping across the street. Cute neighborhood with outstanding restaurants. I would stay here again.

We stayed here with a booking via UCL. We can't comment too much on the cost as it was all paid for by UCL, however the prices did seem a bit steep. The reception is very clean and welcoming and reception staff very helpful. The room we stayed in was as you would expect in London, however the mattress was...

Stayed here for 1 night in December due to a conference nearby. The hotel is a 2 min walk to Russell Sq tube and checked in around 5pm which was very quick. I stayed on the 5th floor and the room was a decent size for a Central London hotel, very clean with everything you would need. Checked out around...

Central London's hotels can be old and cramped, but this is an exception. I was upgraded to an executive room which had everything I needed, desk, fridge, trouser press and a comfy chair. Breakfast provided the usual unappetising buffet but croissants and pastries were fine (jam was rather poor quality), but I ordered porridge each morning and this was good,...

Stayed here for one night whilst seeing a National Theatre show. The room was comfy and clean and the staff kind and efficient. Breakfast was plentiful, though coffee topping-up could be a bit more attentive. The site is very handy for a lot of attractions in London - very handy for Russell Square tube.

The hotel is at a very good location just walking distance from Oxford street, Covent Garden and the Big Ben. The rooms are very big and breakfast is good I stayed on Sunday and on that day the price is fair. In the middle of the week the price is much higher and I don't think worth it.

Other than the location, which happened to be handy for me personally, there's nothing special about this hotel. The AC in my room did not work. The front desk told me the thermostat in my room was non-operational on purpose. What is the point of it then, exactly? It was baking hot - and despite them telling me (I called...

Stayed overnight 16th-17th November, very pleasant reception staff, polite and courteous both at check in and check out. Room very clean and tidy and a great shower but the room was extremely compact and bijou! We paid £141 for a standard double which is a fair price for a Central London hotel, however the walkin rate was £419!! The room...
