Rooms were great as expected of Hilton hotels. It's a very busy hotel but their customer service skills were attentive and helpful. Will hold your luggage before and after stay. In a commercial district therefore restaurants and cafes are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Very close to underground tube station. Hotel bar has great views. Excellent restaurant - Natural Kitchen.

This Hilton property was a perfect spot for the London tourist. Close to tube stations and within walking distance of the major attractions. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Well worth it.

Stayed here mid week in march. Great location. 1 min walk from tube station. Room quite basic and small. Unlike the usual standards of Hilton and double tree. Breakfast was average. Hot buffet not replenished so ended up having cereal and fruit. Sky bar excellent. Great views. However roof terrace shuts too early.

Dear "Thomas M" Thank you for sharing your thoughts, I am pleased that the location was suited to your needs but I am sorry that we could not exceed your expectations with other areas on this occasion. Due to licensing our outside terrace closes at midnight, however the bar does remain open until 2am in the week and on Saturdays...

Great location but don't bring your cat to swing because you won't be able to. I struggled to find somewhere to put my suitcase the room, it was that small. I asked for a room with a view of the Thames and paid for it but didn't get it. They were full and boy did they crammed them in. As...

Dear "BigH61" Thank you for your review, I am sorry that you felt the room you were allocated was small. This is a common feature amongst other London properties due to space restrictions, we do however feel we provide all the amenities and services you would expect from a 4* hotel. We do appreciate your feedback and hope we can...

I stayed here for 2 nights in December and it was in a nice location (just a short 10 minute walk to the tube), had friendly staff, and a varied breakfast selection. The room itself was very spacious and modern with a good sized desk and computer. The hotel also has a nice bar upstairs with skyline views. Although a...

Stayed for 2 nights over a weekend. Booked an Atrium suite as a Honors reward stay. Room was nice-on the small side for a suite but that's about normal for London. Free mini bar was a nice bonus and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel has a nice rooftop bar with great views and the hotel staff were great. Breakfast...

A handy location close to Tower hill tube surrounded by many historic and beautiful buildings make this a nice area to stay. Thanks to the efficient and busy reception team for accommodating my early check in. Rooms are spacious with Apple PC/TV's , tea/ Coffee making facilities but small bathrooms. Hotel in a great place, close to tower Hill tube station, and lots of attractions. the hotel itself was clean, rooms were a good size, bathroom clean etc. we didn't pay for breakfast and it seems very overpriced, and there's a Wetherspoons around the corner. two out of the 4 lifts were out of order, which meant waiting times for...

Stayed here the weekend, excellent hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff and close to tube. They have four lifts but unfortunately two were out of order so the waiting was bad, The sky lounge is one of the best bars we have been to with excellent views. This hotel is well worth staying at.

Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
