The room fits the bed, tiny wardrobe and table and that is it. You barely have space to open the bathroom door and no room around the bed to stand. That being said, the bed is very comfortable and the room gets cleaned daily. The staff is very helpful and nice. The breakfast area is weirdly below the ground floor,...

A last minute booking...at a good rate....good location with greenery. Relaxed.. We were given a family room ..nice and bright as a big window.the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of tea/coffee etc in room..and a wall mounted tv should you need one . The bathroom was small but adequate. Nice toiletries. On the negative side the lift only...

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. DO NOT be fooled by the pictures they show as the hotel rooms are nothing like that in reality. I'm absolutely furious that the owners of this hotel are taking the money of hard earned people and providing this standard of service. It is too disrespectful for words....

Well first of all the good points: the staff is young and quite reactive to solve any problem, breakfast is varied, the neighborhood is dynamic but quiet, well served by buses or subway, the queensway street is full of restaurants and useful little shops. Now the bad points: The hotel is old and need to be restored. The first room...

Originally we choose this hotel for the price, reflecting back, this was a tragic mistake and I fully regret not paying a little extra for a friendly cleaner hotel. Firstly I booked the hotel for the wrong day. Instead of Tuesday to Wednesday I choose Monday to Tuesday. I phoned the hotel to find the younger lady staff member to...

Very small room on the 6th floor, not at all big enough for a double bed, could hardly move around it. Bathroom was so tiny, couldn't even open the bathroom door as the double bed was in the way so if you were a bit on the big size, you would have had to move the bed! Asked for two...

Booked a room over the telephone at short notice due to storm Doris. Arrived at the agreed time to find my room had been let to someone else. The reception staff could offer no help at all and it left me stranded in London. I wouldn't recommend the hotel based on this.

Visited Duke of Leinster in january with a friend. After visiting many hotels in London we thought it's a very good hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast with lots of things to choose. Nice room, The only thing to complain about is that there were only one readinglamp.

Hotel in great location to access Hyde park and other sights. Rooms were well decorated (we stayed in a family room with 5 beds), and warm. Had a good view over the front street. No lamps in the room which was not great as some of us wanted to read after some went to sleep. Pillows and sheets were basic....
