Excellent setting. Excellent coffee and snacks through the day. The buffet lunch was exquisite and all attendees complimented the hotel on the service and standard of our conference setting. Friendly young staff waiting on us all and a great buffet lunch-best Maths conference food I have had

Well located hotel with good facilities. The lady on check in was extremely helpful and as I was early checking in explained that I could go through to the executive lounge (included when booking an executive room) and wait. She would then let me know when the rooms became ready. Went off to the lounge to find a spacious quiet...

It is definitely the worst Hilton I've stayed at. After a 24 hours flight, I was told that the room wasn't ready and wouldn't know when it'll be ready by when trying to check in at 3:40pm. Stayed in a Twin Hilton Guest Room and thought I was staying in a 2 stars hotel (with a 4 star hotel price...

Myself & my 12 year old Grandson stayed here for Easter Weekend. This is a lovely Hotel & the staff were very friendly. Our room was ideal for us as we were sightseeing all weekend & the bed was very comfortable, great shower & tv for my grandson. Breakfast is usually £19.95 but one of the receptionists let us have...

There are Hilton Hotels which are acceptable and there are Hilton Hotels which are simply awful. The Hilton Kensington is the latter. I stayed in a double room in the 4th floor with the patina and style of the 1970s and very likely this was the year when the rooms were refurbished the last time. A tiny dirty little room...

Nice lobby. Lovely design and they had someone playing a piano. The room was simple with a nice bed but nothing exuberant. Design was average. Not the best location but handy to walk to Westfield for shopping.

Honestly one of the nicest Hiltons I've stayed in in London and also very good rates compared to say Park Lane. The executive rooms are lovely and so is the executive lounge with complimentary drinks, breakfast and canapes in the afternoon. Staff are always polite and friendly and the hotel is always immaculate. Will stay again.

Did not have a good experience at the Hilton Hotel at all! Checked in for the weekend as it was my birthday. We thought that we would treat ourselves to a nice classy hotel and boy were we disappointed. It took 1 hour to check in. The first room the bed was half broken and the condition in the room...

Sad rooms, corridors and hall. Must be renewed. Despite the room service was fast (I've asked for an adaptor and I've received it very quickly), housekeeping never cleaned the desk and bedside table in 4 nights. Eventually once I was checking out they have tried to charge me almost 40 pounds extra. Mentioned it to the kind guy at the...

We stayed here as a couple at the beginning of the month. Staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean and breakfast was lovely. We were situated in a room away from the lifts, ice machine etc and were not surrounded by noisy neighbours so we had a lovely quiet and peaceful experience. Location is good and not too...
