Great staff, great rooms and great facilities. Made very welcome by the staff and always willing to help. Central location right next to Hyde Park, Marble Arch, Buckingham Palace and Oxford Street. Ideal if visiting Winter Wonderland (2 mins walk under adjoining subway). Highly recommended for a weekend away at the heart of the action.

Stayed overnight, hotel is in a terrific location and easy walking distance to local attractions. harrods is 10 minutes one way and Oxford street 15 minutes walk. The hotel was nice and room spacious. I was disappointed in breakfast I have to say. Other than that I would return for sure

The pros : nice room as usual, excellent support by the concierge team able to find a table at a Michelin starred restaurant for the same evening The cons : 1. I visited for two nights as part of a conference. The service was top-of-the-line English hospitality. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, although the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times with the larger than expected crowd. The location is excellent. I give this a strong recommendation, especially for business purposes.

Recently stayed here for a business event. The rooms were really good (although I had a room on the 7th floor which is the club level and it was all locked when I tried to access the restaurant/bar). Bar prices seemed reasonable for the area, food was good!

When compared to its sister properties in London (in particular the swank IC Westminster) the IC Park Lane is the black sheep of the family. In fact, a very lackluster property. Dark rooms. Old musty decor that hasn't been maintained properly. Fixtures that don't work (thank you to the maintenance man who came to my room twice to fix things).... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
