Stayed here for one night when going for a job interview. Got this on expedia for a good rate. Decent hotel for the money and in a great location. It wasn't as nice as a premier inn, but wasn't as bad as a travelodge.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the Lancster gate. It was within easy reach of the tube station. Although reception was being upgraded the rooms were very clean, nice bright colours. The bar was really nice and the bar staff very courteous and very good at their job. The breakfast was very good, all hot, a good and varied...

Pros: good location, 10 min walk to the Marble Arch. Buses, tube station near by. Breakfast included. Fairly cheap compared to other London hotels. On a quiet street. Cons: breakfast is limited and does not change from day to day. No mini bar in the room. Wifi is not free, it is 5 pounds per day! Rooms are very small,...

I just spent a weekend in this hotel with a friend. We were disappointed for a few reasons. Our room was freezing, there was a big draught from the window and it was snowing. the air con was super loud so it was annoying to have to have it on to heat the room. There was no mini-bar, they charge...

Lovely big comfy bed. Not enough tea bags but got given a hand full on reception, breakfast good but a bit chaotic around the toaster. Carpets could do with a clean (but are undergoing renovations so hopefully will be replaced )Staff very pleasant.good value for what we paid,

Stayed here for the weekend with friends, although hotel was clean and rooms were ok, i was rather disappointed. Sitting by the bar with a coffee and sandwich was not relaxing at all, with loads of people all just standing around next to us as lack of room, no bar staff and the one that served us was rather abrupt,...

This is a good hotel in London, clean, good service and good location. The sice of the rooms is quite good if you compare to other hotels in London in this price range. Only bad thing is a little bit thin walls. But value for money!!

Just returned from London.Booked this via another website package which gave us a good deal. We arrived at Victoria station after flying in from Gatwick. We checked distance from station to hotel around 3 miles, if you are travelling light you could walk through Hyde Park during the day but not at night plus the gates are usually locked.Good transport links...

Stayed on busines, no parking but was able to park in the pay and display for free after a certain time, it is expensive but your paying for the location as its a 10 min walk from Marble Arch and Oxford St. Rooms a good size, clean and a comfy bed. I would use the hotel for a busines stay...
