My husband and I stayed here for a week, and it wasn't long enough! Lots of reviews say that hotel staff was great, but this staff is beyond what service is about! If you want another level of hotel stay here. Easily walked everywhere, lovely hotel bar, and room service fish and chips...for those nights you want to stay in...was...

It is know the Holiday Inn, Super Breaks please note. So we spent a lot of time looking for the wrong hotel. Restaurant/Breakfast staff are first class (tight ship). Bedroom very small, but made up for by having a bath. Ticked all the boxes for 2 days in London.

Pros- Checks off everything on the “needs” list – clean room, nice newly refurbished bathroom with tub, nice towels, hair dryer, full length mirror, small flat screen TV, personal safe, small refrigerator. Our room had a pleasant street view. Great location, on a quiet side street just a few blocks from Earl Court Station, and near lots of shops and...

We stayed here for my birthday treat weekend. It certainly was a good choice. Central to London, near tube and bus route it was easy to travel in and out of the centre. The room was small but adequate. Very clean. Lovely shower facilities with free shampoos which is much appreciated Comfy bar area to come back for a nightcap...

Not the best. The stairs go on forever. We had a baby and pram and we got put at very top room. Absolutely boiling in room . Window about to fall off. The building very lopsided the further you get up. Ceilings so low down felt claustrophobic. Bathroom in room had shower. Barely any water come out of shower what...

fell ill morning of departure had sickness and was in a mess. They stung my wife for £160 for an extra day, total rip off merchants! Looking at the prices they charge for 1 day then being ill an extra day this is pretty poor to say the least ripping off my wife while I'm ill in bed.

This hotel is getting 2 stars simply for the location. It's in a nice spot next to earls court tube station and lots of bars, cafes and nice places to eat. However firstly my room did not have a shower curtain. The hooks were there but no curtain. The bath (which the shower was over) was full of hair. They...

Room was pleasantly big to my surprise. Great location.. That's its saving grace. The place looks dated and old. Shower is hard to use and water is not really hot. And it's got the smallest lift I had ever seen!! One thing to note... We left our bags at the Baggage Room.. There's no security when you leave your luggage...

Had two nights at the hotel. The cost was a major factor in booking. Have stayed at expensive hotels in London but wanted to have a break on a budget. Thinking about that, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Location was good for the underground, around a five minute walk. The main street nearby was full of restaurants and...

Arrived at the hotel early evening guy on reception was very friendly and helpful then I arrived at my room comfortable but the cleanliness was not up to standard crumbs on the bedside table and on the desk. The room number 2 is next to the dining room and is very noisy from an early hour so not good for...
