When I first arrived at Kingsway Hall, to be honest, I wasn't super-impressed. The hotel is on a quiet side street, didn't seem to be in the "center of everything" and the decor looked a bit dated. I got to my room, and it was ok - or so I thought. As it turns out, the climate control didn't work,...

We chanced on this hotel while researching the West End and its greatly placed. Its effectively on a straight road (20minutes walk) from Euston rooms very comfortable and have the necessary requirements including good staff to give you assistance with finding your way about. Its just round the corner from covent Garden and Drury Lane so close to the West...

This is an excellent hotel in a perfect location with easy access to the tube, to interesting historic sites and to excellent restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact , nicely furnished with attractive decor.

Nice clean comfortable hotel right in the heart of everything. Food was good, service in the restaurant was exceptional. We were given a free upgrade when we arrived which was much appreciated. Check in and check out was easy and quick.

This hotel is very well positioned near Covent Garden, but i for one found it a little dissapointing. The rooms are traditional in style and would suit many, but seem to lack some attention to detail eg curtains not fixed properly at both sides. However the rooms are quiet and clean, there are perhaps just better (and worse) hotels at...

We really enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. The location is very central and the rooms are modern and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff we encountered throughout our stay were friendly, attentive and professional. I would return in the future and would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel accommodation is excellent and staff for room s also excellent. Restaurant service poor which is a shame as the location is excellent for theatre land and other central London activities. This was our second stay and the second time disappointed with the restaurant service.

I attend this hotel on a quarterly basis for Freemason dinners. The hotel decor itself feels outdated. The food we're given isn't very nice at all. This week I had Lemon Sole with Sauce Vierge, summer herb potatoes and sugar snap peas. I didn't finish my meal. The fish was tasteless, the potato was watery and sloppy and the peas...

Enjoyed a family theatre break here early May. Lovely hotel and in a great location for theatres and Covent Garden.Very helpful and friendly staff in general but not very attentive in the bar area. Concierge service is fantastic. This is four star but is better than some of the five stars that I have stayed in before. The bathrooms are...

For several years now, my daughter and I have an indulgent weekend each year in London to visit the theatres and restaurants. For the past couple of years we have stayed at the Kingsway Hall Hotel for it's service, comfort and perfect location. It's across the road from the tube (Holborn) and the entire theatre district is in walking distance....
