A really lovely hotel, I just feel they need to work on the little things in order for it to be a flagship 5 star hotel. The hotel upgraded us, which was lovely but I had specifically asked for a room with two double beds in it. I was with my best friend not a partner and because we were...

Normally, when/if we stay at a hotel over a holiday as big as Easter, the staff are nice, but forcefully nice, and seem extremely busy and rushed. This was not the case here. From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel we received nothing but smiles and kind words. We truly felt as if they were happy to welcome...

For business reasons I stayed at the Marriott county hall in London in the center near Westminster. I had a fantastic negroni with throwing style. I never had it but the Italian bartender recommended it. Go there and enjoy the view on the London eye and big ben.

One of the best located hotels and best gyms I have ever stayed at. If u like working out on vaca and being located centrally this is the place! Amazing staff as well! Breakfast was included and was great. It is pricey though.

Great hotel. It's location is right in the center of all the action in Westminster. That's great once you are there but the crowds are overwhelming getting there. The hotel is large but it never feels that way. Traditional English feel to the hotel. When we were there, it was sold out but it never felt busy and I'm guessing...

I was there in November and I did write a review that was not the best due to some issues and when I had the chance to go back to London in April 2017 I decided it is worth another shot. Well, they did NOT disappoint!! Here is what you need to know: * The hotel is extremely clean and...

The London Marriott County Hall provided the most wonderful family stay. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. Accommodating, professional, and friendly staff were equal to the location and views. The river view was stunning ... we woke up to look at Big Ben while having coffee. The M club concierge lounge...

I have had Afternoon Tea at all the big hotels in London, Claridges, Dorchester, The Ritz as well as a few more less renowned but the Unlimited Bubbles tea at The Marriot County Hall is by far the best for value, service, location, food and of course..the free flowing Prosecco. Firstly the Library Room has spectacular views. Once seated we...

The location of the Marriott County Hall is outstanding, next to the London Eye and on the Thames River. The rooms are on the larger side, recently renovated, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We walked across the Westminster Bridge to visit the Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and ride the tube (subway) which is a convenient way to travel throughout...

Staying in Southbank

Neighbourhood Profile
Southbank
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
