Lovely day in very nice place. We had afternoon tea there . Staff was very helpful and attentive and the quality of our food very good. We were sitting outside ( as it was really sunny) Will go there again.

After checking in we were shown into this rather small tired dilapidated room with trim missing on one of the units, a large paint chip in the bath. Definitely not to four star standard. When I complained I was offered to upgrade to a superior room for an extra £35, which I declined and asked for another standard room finished...

I have traveled all over the world. I have stayed in the five star four star three star and two star resorts, and having been a musician my share of hostels and pretty nasty places! The chorus was excellent the staff was an exemplary and our room was literally perfect! We did pay a little extra for the larger room...

Stayed with four friends so that we could dine at Bel Canto, the lovely opera restaurant in the basement. The hotel itself is above average for a London three star: admittedly some of the decor is a bit tired but our rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. There was a pianist in the reception/bar area during the evening and...

My sister booked a family room for herself, her daughter and I, as it was special night away for my big birthday. The public areas of the hotel were encouraging when you check in, with a nice bar and lots of sofas scattered around the lobby area. This leads you to believe that the rooms will be equally nice. This...

Couple on a weekend theatre break. This hotel is in a great location opposite Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Within easy walk to underground stations. We were in room 816, which was very compact - barely enough room to get up either side of the bed! Having said that, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Storage space was...

Hotel is right next to Hyde park ,location is pretty good ,about a 8-10 mins walk from Paddington station, would've been better if Lancaster Gate station wasn't closed ,it is currently closed till July 2017 , so be aware of this , it could be quite painful having to drag a heavy suitcase for 10 mins .hotel itself is kinda...

Hotel is in a good spot for tube stations, buses and Hyde Park. Rooms small but had enough space as only stayed 2 nights. Breakfast very nice and even supplied curry for eastern visitors. Poached eggs kippers available to order. Staff very helpful regarding alternatives as tube strike on when we were there. Went to see Jersey boys and can...

Have emailed twice and no reply, booked 4 rooms, three were of the 4 star standard , ours was probably the 2nd worst looking room we've had in London, thank goodness it wasnt a travel agents booking for a client!!

Two night stay in the Corus Hotel, Hyde Park. Hyde Park was straight over the road. Beautiful building from the outside and nice reception area. Staff welcoming and nicely decorated lobby areas. However the room let it down slightly. Small with no frills but I suppose you can't expect much more with a Superbreak Deal. Felt it could have done...
