Check in was quick and easy, receptionist friendly and polite. However although I had booked an executive club room for more space the room I was given was very small with a tiny bathroom. On returning to reception to ask for a bigger room I was greeted by the duty manager Chris who showed me a much better equipped room...

Back from 3 night stay - hotel lovely and fabulous location just beside the tube. Great restaurants nearby. We didn't book breakfast but you have an option to book when you arrive so it's good to keep your options open. All in all we would definitely recommend it and would love to return 😎👍

When we first arrived the hotel looked nice with a large lobby bar area! The bar was over priced even for London prices but the service was good! The room was the major let down! It was small, dated and the bed was up against the wall and window that it felt damp! There was no sockets beside the bed...

For my Birthday in London me and my partner staid in this hotel. Very posh and well presented hotel. Brilliant customer service. The room we had was very small but clean and refurbished. For the price we paid could be bigger room. Air conditioning didn't work, we contacted reception at 2am and assistance came straight away and sorted this problem...

Guy on reception wearing a trainee badge seemed to have more skill at customer care than anyone else I have seen at a hotel this year. Think his name was Frederico? he will go far! rest of experience was ok but not outstanding, I would stay here again.

Close to the tube, great breakfast, nice lobby. That was the nice things. Woke up first night after a false firealarm. The same alarm rang the morning after. After we woke up they started refurbishment the room next door with A LOT of noise and dust all over the hallway. We had to change room. The rooms were old, with...

Very comfortable, lots of very attentive staff, the room was tad on the small side but clean and had a good quality feel. The breakfast was really nice, with everything you could want. Would recommend, and would stay there again.

The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in in London. It was clean and well equipped however so that is fine as we got in on a promotion. The main complaint I have is about the spa and pool . We chose this hotel over others because of the spa thinking it would be relaxing before heading...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
