The rooms are very small and odd shaped. It's very hard to maneuver in the bathroom. Also, London is a World Class city, but this hotel's internet speed(s) and connection is comparable to a Third World connection (AWFUL)!!!!
Booked an executive club package. Terribly disappointed! No club at all, no club lounge, no special room or amenities. Do not stay in this place... A ripoff and no special benefits. So wifi was included. Big deal. Why pay 50 punds extra for that?

Stayed for two nights, got free upgrade on our rooms which were very nice and clean. Staff friendly and very helpful. Location excellent for the parks and Kensington High Street. Would definitely stay here again.
