We were in this hotel for a quick overnight stay whilst we attended a couple of functions in the area. The hotel was well appointed and of course the beds were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially in the restaurant.

Third time we've stayed. We choose this hotel for family breaks to London mainly for the reliability of premier inns and the convenient location. So close to the tube on the northern line so no need to be in the centre of London where prices are at a premium. Plenty of decent restaurants to offer variety over the week. Admittedly...

I chose this hotel because it was near the Royal Free hospital. My daughter was having an operation. There was great wheelchair access. The staff were brilliant. The food was great. The beds were comfy. We had internet access & paid a bit extra for an upgrade. The windows were triple glazed so no noise. I love Premier Inn!! 10/10

This review is similar to one written two years ago when again we had a convenient (when coming by car) and comfortable stay. We found the staff to be amenable, helpful and efficient. The price for the facilities is fair. The location is fine, particularly when driving from the north. Parking cost £14 per night and there is an adequate,...

2 minutes walk from Belsize Pk tube, and possibly more convenient for getting round central London than any of the other more central PI's. Well priced, nice area, you know what to expect at a premier inn, no nasty surprisese... good night's sleep. Spot on!

Old property and the beds haven't been updated yet. Check-in staff are friendly but slow. Expensive parking but park on the street if its the weekend after 1:30pm on Saturday. Higher price than average for Premier Inns. Positive is the location in Belsize Park and very good transport links for the Tube and Buses into London. Breakfast is expensive but...

The Premier Inn does not set out to be a 5 star luxury hotel with all the facilities, but it does tick all the boxes if you have stayed at a Premier Inn before. We recently stayed as a couple for 3 nights. The bedroom was clean. It was functional, but perfectly acceptable. the bed was comfortable. There were tea...

Great location, comfortable rooms, great breakfast - all important when choosing a hotel but the biggest asset this hotel has is it's staff. All were warm, friendly and very attentive to our needs. would stay again and heartily recommend it.

Used this inn for attending the Royal Free Hospital, within walking distance. Nice and clean, great friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast with all options kept topped up at all times. Used the restaurant on both nights, nice food with a rage of choices. Would use again.

Had a wonderful stay here, March 16-19. Had a difficulty with my credit card and the staff was so kind in helping rectify the problem, especially Aidan, who was so kind and helpful. Just a great group of individuals working together. Thank you!
