Never stay at this hotel unless you want that your belongings are stolen. We arrived at the hotel, leaved our locked luggages at the room and gone outside. When we came back 2 our luggages were broken, laptops and documents (id, passport, visa, etc) were stolen. Hotel personal were rude, informed us that this is our personal problems and hotel... More

The location is great for sure. The hotel itself is very dated. The bath was stained brown and the fittings were falling off. I booked an Executive Room but the bed was very narrow for a double and had a very thin mattress. Breakfast was cold and there was no fresh fruit. The waiting staff spoke only rudimentary English and... More

Words can't describe how bad this hotel is....but I'll try. Booked for 28 days. No phone in room. Next door is a guy who has prostitutes every night. I have to wear headphones. It stinks of tobacco and marijuana! Half the staff can't speak English at all. The restaurant must be one of the worst - the "chef" adds 50... More

Me and my partner stayed at the Britannia hotel as we were visiting the London tattoo convention, Camden markets and London's fabulous museums, this hotel seamed quite central for all our ventures and not too overpriced for London. We booked this hotel quite last minute but thought it was a good location and had on site parking facilities. When we... More

Well after reading some of the reviews on here prior to staying, I was a little traumatised about my pending visit but how wrong can you be. £50 a night for a nice clean hotel, lovely white bedding, spotless bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, room service 24 hours, bar open 24 hours. What more can you... More

A superb hotel convenient for so many things! It's a 5 minute walk from the Roundhouse music venue in and Chalk Farm tube station. It has a huge restaurant and a bar with an outside terrace. It has a 24 hour bar too! The rooms are comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. Although has free wifi, it never works... More

I loved the fact that it was right in the heart of things but was surprisingly quiet which was lovely. I found the room clean but slightly dated and bed could have been comfier . However the staff were wonderful and helpful. The food was spot on. They even had my room ready earlier as I was traveling from Cheshire.... More

I stayed here for one night with my friend. We had a twin room, which was very comfortable. Although dated, it was very clean and tidy. Our room was right next to 2 lifts, and unfortunately, we could hear them throughout the night and also there was constant door slamming and noise from the main road. We didn't have breakfast... Nice little find as most the other hotels around are at least double the price. The night manager was pretty much useless and barely spoke english, but didn't really need him as his staff were great. The rooms could do with a little touch up, but they area really clean and comfortable, and at the price the are i really... More

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, very handy for Camden and Regents Park. Issues with Room 219: 1) radiators on all night and unable to turn off, 2) shower temperature not working, 3) plug in sink not working, 4) toilet flush loose, 5) chandelier in room so low that you hit head on it, 6) smoke/fire...
