I am surprised at some of the reviews on here, but this is my personal experience. I use hotel rooms at least 4 times a week all around the country and abroad, I also hold the 2nd highest professional qualifications in the hotel industry (MHCIMA) so I know the industry tricks and practice. I arrived at this hotel very tired...

Just got back from staying at this Hotel, will not be going back in a hurry. First room allocated to us (502), was not an Executive Suite as booked, no heating as radiator was leaking, mould on windows, curtains did not fit, there was only 1 curtain at window (not a pair). bedside furniture had wobbly legs, which moved. Was...

Have stayed here on quite a few occasions for the price and location. For a 3star hotel doubt if you would find cheaper in London. Staff could do with some basic customer service training rather than the blank expressions when asked simple questions or enquires. Found its best to book with online sites rather than direct with the britannia reservations...

I've stayed in worse hotels but I can't quite remember when. The staff are pleasant and polite but don't seem committed to ensuring every visitor has a good stay. The whole hotel is tired and needs a thorough revamp. Room 417 had uncomfortable beds and the single glazed window meant you could herald the traffic and conversations in the street...

A reasonable price to stay in Canden but for £100 per head for one night it was a little disappointing. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but the room and surroundings were tired and out dated. The flickering light fitting in our corridor created a 'horror movie' feel to the stay which was quite apt for the last weekend...

Many thanks for the review. We always welcome feedback and my team and I are glad that you overall enjoyed your stay with us. I'm sorry that your stay was disappointing as a result of our restaurant food. I can assure you that the matter is being looked into and will be dealt with accordingly. Kind regards, Francisco Salazar Front...

Currently staying at the Britannia Hotel Hampstead. Want a nightmare. It would be quieter sleeping at Victoria train station in rush hour. A wedding party is currently going on with music blasting and the nice people at the hotel have decided to put us directly above the party room. Asked to be moved as the music is not due to...

After reading reviews we were very worried about the reviews but the 5th floor room (512) was better than we feared. the staff was very helpful. The room had minor problems but acceptable. price was very good for London close to shopping and restaurants. One reviewer was upset that the hotel was uphill from Chaulk Farm tube station but if...

Paid for a double then found out when we came back from hours around London it was a twin pushed together! Even after asking at reception if the room was a double. Staff all unfriendly and did not really care about our stay, no hellos or thank you's or how was your night at breakfast. Breakfast hot food was cool...

Starts in another Britannia Hotel but we are transferred to this one. Terrible service received. A friend and I went to Wireless Festival in the summer, shes in a wheelchair and The International Britannia Hotel in canary wharf seemed the easiest place to stay for accessibility. We booked a disabled room 3 months in advance of the festival. The day...
