After an initial mix up checking in re whether breakfast was included in the price, I was happy to accept a room upgrade. Bed was very comfortable and I feel the hotel is good value for money. Recommend.

Excellent location. Adequate room size. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Enjoyed the nespresso in the room! Shower pressure was great! Would prefer a shower door to curtain cause the water goes everywhere.

Great location, comfortable bed, good coffee machine in the room and an excellent breakfast. Strange walk-in-shower and toilet, not very private but a detail. Friendly staff, very clean, close to Euston, attractions and tube stations,

Hotel very good and well situated staff friendly and accommodation adequate only let down was the breakfast didn't realise that English breakfast was charged separately when room booked as it stated breakfast included However just ensure that you have secured the English breakfast in your deal as the continental just doesn't hit the spot

I stayed at this hotel for one night. It was better value than a lot of poorer hotels in the area. Although the rooms were a bit on the small side, they were clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and efficient in all areas. It is in a nice area, with plenty of transport links and local places...

Experience: The hotel staff were welcoming, communicative and helpful. There were no language barriers and our check in and out were smooth and efficient as was the dropping off of luggage before and after our stay. Continental breakfast was as you would expect, a range of cereals, toast, bread, fruit, croissants, sliced meats blah blah blah, normal fare. English cooked...

not overly impressed. hotel makes much of the wet room and Nespresso machine, but I would have been more impressed if there had been somewhere to put my wash/makeup bag and hang my clothes up! There was one hook in the shower/toilet wet room and it was about 7 ft off the floor - being 5ft 4 I could not...
