Nice hotel and staff, good price for a single room in this area. Room was small but sufficient. Bed too short for me 6'2" and a little hard. Some very loud sound possibly a boiler was adjoining my room and went on until 2230hrs. Then woken early by kitchen/restaurant set up. Note to hotel - either sound proof the room...

We always stay in Grange Hotels, but this was our first stay in this one. It is in the lower end of the Grange Hotels range but I have to say, if it's location you want, and value for money with great service, this is the hotel for you. The rooms are clean, compact and perfectly adequate for a weekend...

We were a group of friends arriving early and all but one room were already available. Location was great, literally a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus. Hotel room was nice, all amenities in order. Tea and Coffee making facilities in room, however we didn't have a mini fridge bar. Breakfast was satisfactory although you had to pay extra if...

After not having a great experience at other Grange Hotels, when this stay was booked it was noted on the reservation. So you'd hope this might make this experience great, well at least better. On check-in the news was positive, "you've been upgraded"! If this room was an upgrade, I'm not sure what a non-upgraded room would be like. Some...

This hotel is located just a little walk from the shops and all the main restaurants and sights. The staff are amazing and go out of there way to make you feel welcome. Very clean and good food for breakfast. We stay every year for a girls weekend in London and enjoy the stay. Look forward to seeing you again...

We stayed here early December as part of a short West End trip. Nice staff, good sized ground floor room without a view but this made it extremely quiet considering the building work going on around the hotel. We both slept well. Breakfast served in the basement till around 10am. Plenty of choice. The lounge bar is a bit dull...

We got a room on -1 and woke up both mornings around 6 am due to noise from the restaurant and the kitchen (located on the same floor). We talked to the staff at the reception and pointed out that we had booked the hotel five months in advance and wanted to change rooms. They told us that they didn't...

The food is very good both breakfast and room service which is great value. I can't wait to go back again to see Inga and all of the staff...

The hotel is in a really good area with eating and public houses nearby. The hotel is about a 5-7 mins walk from Oxford Circus tube station. Although the rooms are on the small size it was adequate, the room that I had (executive twin), the shower and toilet could be a bit of a challenge to anyone taller than...

Stayed overnight whilst at an event for work at the Palladium. Lovely room with the bonus of an iron and ironing board!!!! Breakfast was lovely - we had paid in advance for continental but was upgraded to full English. All staff were exceptionally polite. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
