Nestled in the heart of central London, Novotel London Tower Bridge is lauded for its prime location, offering convenient access to attractions and transit. The hotel's rooms receive compliments for their cleanliness and modern design, though some guests have faced issues with room temperature and bookings. Detailed Reviews

This is my fourth stay at this hotel and I am pleased to say it has maintained it's extremely high standards. Location is very good only a very short walk to The Tower and Tower Pier and Tower Hill tube station is only 200m away also there is a taxi rank outside the hotel.
Check in was very easy and my room (727) was ready early. The room was what you would expect of an executive room and even on the 7th floor the windows opened to let fresh air in. I heard no noise from neighbouring rooms or from the corridor and good double glazing meant no road noise.
The staff on reception and in the bar are a real credit to the hotel and they make everything seem effortless. Mondays to Thursday show your room key in the bar for 10% discount.
I always enjoy this hotel and can heartily recommend it and I will be returning soon.

Excellent choice for a city break in London. The hotel is right next to the Tower metro stop and is an excellent base for this part of the city. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is decent. The rooms are mainly aimed at couples as you get out of the shower immediately into the room and is also the sink in the room.

We stayed at the Novotel Tower Bridge as a family of four which included our sons age 6 and 12.
We traveled by train and used the tube from Euston to literally outside the hotel in about 15 mins. All
The staff are friendly and welcoming: in the bar, reception, breakfast buffet and cleaning staff. We had a family room which had a comfortable kings size bed and large sofa bed. The room has a mini fridge and included bottled water which was replenished each day. We had breakfast included with our stay being excellent quality and plenty of choice, staff are constantly checking buffet items and bringing out more juice, hot items etc as needed.
The location is fantastic just across the road from the Tower of London, ideal location if you want to take one of the tour buses or use the tube. The area itself being in the financial district is also easily accessible for taxis it feels safe at night, with bars and restaurants nearby, we had no problems with noise and the window to our room did open and had a safety wire attached. The bathroom is large and modern and towels and toiletries were replaced as and when required. We used the bar for drinks and our children had food there one night which was extremely reasonable in price especially for a hotel was hot and fresh. The staff in the bar/restaurant were particularly good with our boys.
We will definitely book the Novotel again when we next visit London and will recommend to family and friends

The location is great! The metro stop is around the corner from the hotel and you can reach Big Ben within 20 minutes. Sky Garden is within walking distance and you can see Tower Bridge and the Tower of London from the door of the hotel. How beautiful is that? The hotel itself is a good basic hotel. Good beds, excellent bathroom, mini fridge, etc. The room itself is not very large. We slept with 3 people in 1 room and that was really the max. The sofa bed could be converted into a double bed, but then you would no longer have been able to store the bags and clothes. That was already difficult with 3 people. Unfortunately, there is only a charging point for telephones, etc., on one side of the double bed. The bathroom floor was mirror-smooth, but the biggest problem was the temperature of the room. We stayed there in February and it was hot and stuffy in the room. The "air conditioning" could only be set to warm. The window could only be opened a crack and as soon as we did that we noticed that there was quite a lot of noise from outside. At our request, a fan has been installed and a technician will adjust the air conditioning. If there had been a difference, we didn't feel it. The fan was turned on at the highest setting all three nights to allow us to sleep. The breakfast was of excellent quality and very wide in choice. It's a shame that they keep clearing the dishes between the tables with a lot of noise. That makes the ambiance a bit less. The restaurant is good. Reasonably priced and good quality by London standards. Compliments to the staff! Friendly, helpful and smiley. I definitely want to come back there again, but not for the full price they now charge for 1 night, I think it has too many negatives for that.

Room was minimalist (a la W hotels in the US) but decent square footage. My room looked into an interior courtyard that was not a pleasant view, so I had the shades drawn the whole time. The noise from the hallway was quite loud despite being decently far from elevators.
I was very surprised at the minimal room amenities. No robe provide din the closet. No bottle of water because they’d rather the guest fill a reusable one at the end of the hall, which is okay for the environment albeit less convenient. No laundry bag.
Bathroom amenities: Ritual bottles attached to the wall, but only shampoo and shower gel (no bottle of conditioner, no bottle of hand soap by the sink). Large bath towels provided, but they are threadbare.
The front desk was nice enough to let me borrow an electric adaptor upon arrival. I returned it and was very appreciative of their generosity.
This hotel was very expensive for what you got. Not sure if I would stay there again.

The staff is very friendly, room is much bigger than I expected for a standard queen size room and I really like that there is filtered water station next to the lift.
I ordered room service around midnight and even though there were very little options the pizza I ordered was delicious. I also had trouble paying with my card. Fortunately Mr. Narendra was very patient and helpful. I had to try 3 cards before it got accepted and was happy at how friendly he stayed.
I really want to thank the staff I've came across at my stay. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Rooms appear clean and fairly modern. Everything was working. The WiFi is fast and allows you to work efficiently as well. Although it’s not a budget hotel, the amenities really have been stripped down to a bare minimum, with not even slippers or bathrobes being available, not even on request. Due to the use of yellowish lights, the room tends to be a bit gloomy without the possibility to switch on a bright light.
Breakfast is ok but gets a bit boring after a while, rotation of the selections wouldn’t be bad.
Some of the staff could use a bit of hospitality training. The valet lady from Eastern European descent with the glasses at the breakfast area really gives you an air of “what do you want”, and just lets you wait there lost in her paperwork even if there are no other guests around.
Great location in the city. Just 2-3 minutes walk to Tower Hill underground, DLR or Fenchurch Street trains.
Overall, decent value for money and would stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights mid July & booked through Secret Escapes.
The hotel is in an excellent location, 2 mins walk from Tower Hill tube station and 5 mins walk from The Tower & Tower Bridge.
We arrived late morning as we do regularly when staying in London & asked if we could check in straight away if the room was ready. We were advised that if we wanted to check in before 14:00 then there would be a ÂŁ30 charge!
No thanks! This is the only hotel we have stayed in that have not allowed us to check in early without charge. It’s not as if the hotels are full in this current climate!
The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, rooms are well appointed, beds comfy and bathroom nice and modern with a decent shower.
The bar/restaurant area is very nice and breakfast is served there.
It is a full English buffet with somebody loading your plate for you which is common in Covid times. The quality of the eggs, bacon, sausages etc were very good.
All staff we encountered at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
The only other negative is that there was no room cleaning done whilst we were here, apparently due to Covid so our room was not cleaned, made up or tea/coffee etc not replenished. Personally I find Covid a lame excuse for not having somebody clean an empty room as I would think it is even more essential to have increased cleaning in these times, not less.

Dear Happy Hammer10, Thank you for your review and feedback which is gratefully received. I'm sorry we were unable to provide you with an early check in, sadly as not all floors of the hotel are open we don't always have rooms ready in the morning for arrivals. I hope like with any of our guests arriving before check in we were able to store your luggage free of charge enabling you to continue with your day. We do offer room cleaning and provision of any additional items required upon request each day, we do try to cover this at check-in and the welcome letter in the bedroom advises of this also my apologies if this communication did not reach you. I thank you for your positive comments about the team, breakfast and the hotel, we hope to be able to welcome you back again soon to the Novotel London Tower Bridge hotel. This is a really accommodating hotel with genuinely lovely staff. I emailed the hotel in advance to ask if there were any Birthday packages (balloons etc) that could be purchased at an additional cost, and they left a complimentary card, balloon and slice of cake. This was a really special touch and sets this hotel apart from others. Complimentary tea making facilities and bottled water are provided. They even put the milk in the fridge so it is nice and cold. The fridges are much cooler than you find in other hotels, which is a bonus.
The room itself was huge, often in London, you find that you are charged a premium for a small space, but that was not a problem here. The only reason I marked this 4 rather than 5 is because there was pen marks on the sofa cushions and stains on the carpet and skirting boards. Just replacing the cushion would make a difference.
The breakfast in particular was fantastic. Everything you could possibly want! Freshly squeezed juice, coffee, a selection of teas, hot chocolate. There was a choice in breads and baked goods. There was a huge juice in little jam jars. It was replenished often and was plentiful. The area that breakfast is served doesn't feel like a school cafeteria as breakfast buffet rooms sometimes can, it was very relaxed and a lovely way to start the day.
We arrived at 2.15 and asked whether we could leave our luggage at reception and head to the bar, and the receptionist alerted us that our room was already ready and we were welcome to go up, this was a pleasant start to our trip.
Overall, I would have no hesitation to book this hotel again. The room was spacious, the staff friendly, the breakfast plentiful, and the location superb! For ÂŁ7 pp you can get an Uber Boat from Tower Pier (5 minute walk away) to Embankment Pier which is a 10 minute walk from Leicster Square. Likewise, the Tower Hill tube to Embankmant is a reliable and frequent service.

My kids and I stayed here for three nights in October. They were so accommodating and moved very quickly to get us in our room (which I did pay early check in for). The location was a real haul via taxi from Heathrow but very convenient to every touristy thing you want to go to in London with two kids under ten. Tower Hill stop is steps away. There are also cheap eats around. Kids eat free at breakfast and it was super convenient to just eat there. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
