Love this hotel, and having the ferry to go back and forth is just great. Perfect location, been 3 times and will return again. Got the clipper back to London Eye, so easy and well worth the money. Great shops, and restaurants literally 5 mins walk from Ferry.

I found this hotel whilst looking for a great break away for my boyfriends birthday. Booked it expecting to find a room with a balcony, river view and a luxury feel as I had purposely upgraded from a standard room already starting at £90 to upgrade to £125.. Then paid extra to find no river view and poorly positioned TV! When...

I am absolutely astonished at the sleepless night I experienced in what Is meant to be a 4star hotel . My room was set minus Antarctica (it was freezing) . I was kept up all night by an unexplainable buzzing noise I think which was caused by ether the water or heating system. Either way the noise took over the...

We arrived to free cookies (which are great!) and a very friendly receptionist! Views from the hotel terrace were wonderful! Beautiful view of Canary Wharf across the river whilst under a blanket and heater! We arrived in our room which was nicely decorated, expected a slightly better view but wasn't all that fussed as only staying the one night. That...

Nice staff and room but sadly missing some essential features. Pro: Nice staff, beautiful building, river view, spacious room. Very nice family owned pub right next door. Good fresh breakfast too. Con: Unreliable WiFi, no refrigerator (they bring one upon request...), noisy yet weak fan, and lack of closet space despite of the room size. Deprived of sleep and WiFi...

Stayed here in January. Nice hotel, great breakfast but queen rooms didn't have the best views. Good location however and great value for money. Nice views from communal areas looking out onto the river. Free river bus for hotel guests - but need to ask reception for a pass. We weren't told this by staff and it was actually another...

Great location. Waking up with a river view is priceless. Awesome bar, loved the library room. Food was excellent at the bar, smart breakfast configuration in 3 separate rooms. The bedroom was very nice, bare red bricks on one side to suggest the commercial root of the banks. Big desk and tv, bed very comfortable. Only downsides are the boat...
