    Sorry can't say.. we were there around Christmas time and didn't need AC.... worked well there for us very comfortable room and quick trip to the fabulous Royal Albert Hall

    Train is better to avoid traffic. You may walk to Chelsea Garden Show for about 30/40 min depending how fast y are

    Yes they usually do or otherwise you may purchase it at 3 min walking on Gloucester Road, corner of Harrington Gardens, in front of the fish & chips
