      Great location

      The location of the hotel is amazing and the lobby/guest service staff were great. The rooms were a bit run down, given the price, but overall it was a pleasant stay. Very close to Victoria station and very walkable.More

      you could chose to have it included at extra cost. lovely breakfast in a beautiful spacious room. We stayed at the Rubens twice and we always reserved room plus breakfast.
