Warmly greeted by extremely polite and helpful staff. However, our family room was a big disappointment. Entrance to the car park is very tight, with a tree making entry/exit a little difficult. The room was located at the front of the property which is located right on a busy set of traffic lights. With massive windows, no curtains and ill...

We travel to Ealing regularly and stay elsewhere. This time instead of just us two our son came too. This was the only hotel in the area that had a family room. On the up side we were able to arrive late. Sadly the room although very large was in need of a complete refurbish. Okay so money may be...

The owner was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. The rooms were bright and colourful with lots of space. It is also in a great location in Ealing. The prices were also very fair. Could have more selection for breakfast though

I booked two nights here for a colleague and I, as we were due to be in west London for work. Upon arrival at the hotel, we proceeded to check in, only to be told that our booking had been cancelled because my credit card had been declined. This was the first lie. I booked online with a debit card,...

I found the whole atmosphere in the Caspian Hotel, Haven Green, Ealing Broadway was excellent: from the location being near to station: the staff's excellent customer service-bending over backwards to make my stay was pleasurable: the room I stayed in were clean and presentable: care was taken by the staff to ensure I had a relaxing time.

Easy reach of the tube. This place gives you good value without having to pay the rip off zone 1 prices. Breakfast was a quick walk across the park. Fine on a dry sunny day, perhaps not so much on a wet and windy day. All in all s good experience. Would stay again.

Four friends needed a place to stay overnight and one found this hotel where we could share a room at a reasonable price, en suite with a superb view of a green area surrounded by trees, during the day it is a busy traffic corner but when the windows are closed it does not disturb the night. Breakfast across the...
