Superbly placed only a five minute walk to the Underground and less than that to Chiswick High Road with its abundant offer of places to eat and shop. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable and Sheila a wonderful hostess. Choose what you want for breakfast. We've stayed here on many occasions and never been disappointed.

Have stayed at the Swan Guest House - for 2 weeks in July while working a placement nearby, and for a weekend in November on a casual visit to London. Both times I have been highly impressed by both the house itself and the service provided. The building itself is lovely and well kept, and can easily be spotted from...

Great location for many excellent bars and eateries. Very close to the tube station and bus routes. Close to a wonderful riverside walk to Hammersmith. Sheila runs a fantastic b&b, clean, friendly, relaxed, flexible and comfortable. We have stayed there several times and always look to stay when visiting London whenever practical. Well recommended.

Needed a pied à terre overnight while moving some furniture to my daughter's new gaff in South Ken. Would have stayed in Putney, at a B&B we've used before, but Putney Bridge was closed for repairs, so I decided to try Chiswick as I know the area well. The website looked promising, and example images of rooms raised my expectations....

The single room is clean and cosy..room comes fully equipped with TV, wifi, basin, etc. Swan Private is located in the lovely Chiswick district and easily accessible by Tube. What I like most is the full English breakfast cooked by the hostess. Everything is more than what I expected for the price charged.

This is a spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet bed and breakfast not far from Turnham Green. I stayed there last weekend for 3 nights in a single room as did my sister. We were worried about shared facilities when we booked but it was just like using a bathroom or toilet in your own home. We only met other guests...

I have stayed here a number of times now and will return whilst ever the price is as good as it is. The rooms are always spotless and since my last visit in May 2012 there has been some refurbishment done ie bathrooms, TVs etc. I have stayed in much worse so called "name" hotel chains in London! Even though...

My wife and I stayed at the Swan Guest House on New Year’s Eve. We were advised on booking that it was room only as breakfast would not be available which was fine – plenty of places within a few minutes’ walk. Very friendly lady arranged the time for me to collect the room key. The room was on the...
