Booked online, telephoned to find out about parking, told should be some either at the hotel or lots on main road or nearby streets. Checked in at the time allowed by Premier Inn, tried to get parking, told none available at the hotel but lots of paid parking on the street; there was just the one space on the street,...

Hi dxl767 Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. At Premier Inn it is our aim to make our guests feel brilliant through a great night’s sleep, and I apologise that on this occasion your stay was less than relaxing. I am sorry for the disappointment caused by the lack of parking spaces. However, this...

I stayed here with friends for a weekend in London. The staff were friendly, the room was comfy and spacious. The hotel was easy to find and has good security! The breakfast is not worth the £10pp we spent. They ran out of croissants and some other condiments. There is a cafe up the road that does a full english...

Booked originally because of a possible train strike, but was just the best option all round in the end, and cheaper than 2 of us travelling before 9am. The staff were lovely and the room was quiet and clean. A decent selection of gluten free at breakfast, including bread/toast and soya milk easily available. We were well rested when we...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable stay. Cleanliness good. Location for O2 not bad approx 10 mins away by car/taxi. Parking facilities not good. Breakfast was the best I'd had in a Premier Inn.

Stayed here with friends for a short overnight visit to London. Location is great with good public transport options. Ideal for those using City Airport but also handy for river bus and DLR. Comfortable beds, good soundproofing, great "meal deal" and friendly staff.

Had a great stay here, rooms are typical Premier Inn clean with all facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful coming up and helping us with the door. Greenwich is beautiful, so much to do in the area and a great escape from the city. This hotel is perfect for anyone willing to explore Greenwich.

2 nd business stay here, staff are all polite , rooms are typical PI. The free wifi is not very good, but pay a £5 and upgrade to a service that should be standard! The food was very good value, and they have a 6 to 8 pm happy hour ! ( 2 drinks for the price of 1) which...
