Fantastic hotel. Good location near Tower Hill and Aldgate tube stations. Hotel was very clean with a good choice of toiletries. Very friendly staff. Great food in the bar and the drinks were averagely priced for a hotel! Leisure facilities were good, but floor by...More
Sure my partner found the massive bed a little firm, though I found it very comfortable. Facilities great though we go to the Wetherspoons pub next door for breakfast. This time we used the spa facilities, pool, Jacuzzi, foot spa and sauna. Staff are always...More
This is a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel with modern decor.
We stayed in room 401 which had a lovely big bath and a separate shower and we had plenty of hot water. Bed was big and comfy although a little hard we did...More
Good location....large room...looks up market....however.....bed to hard,Pillows hard and lumpy. Couldn't get ITV. Poor quality breakfast...the sausage contained so much bone and gristle it wasn't possible to eat. Spend your money elsewhere!

Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a
cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.

You get what are actually 2 double beds in a superior room. I have never had such comfy beds anywhere. I have stayed a few times and now get offered a room upgrade most times. Its worth joining their loyalty card scheme as this adds nice touches like fruit, bottled water and chocolates too. Turn down service is sometimes a bit early but you can refuse this if you're still in your room.ENJOY YOUR STAY !
