We are sorry to hear that you experienced such problems during your stay at International Students House.

Good price for location (visited in 2006), quite streets, some facilities nearby, very hostel-like room (we were 12 I think girls) with one bathroom. Not sure since then, hopefully has improved. Staff was very nice and quality of beds was ok.
This sophisticated and sociable slice of Central London is a shopper’s paradise, offering the latest fashions, gadgets, and souvenirs. Fitzrovia is conveniently located between the major retail thoroughfares of Regent Street to the west and Tottenham Court Road to the east, with a handful of well connected Tube stations dotted around the area for easy transport. This neighbourhood is a favorite
among foodies as well, with an impressive number of quality restaurants, pubs, cafes and food shops vying for your patronage – especially along Charlotte Street and near Goodge Street Station.
