Service at the bar and restaurant downstairs is very poor. Staff are always too busy scurrying around and the quality of the breakfast is bad. You do not want to start your day with miserable people serving you

Dear Andrew C,
Thank you for taking the time to review us following your Five Star stay.

There are rooms that look in that direction where you will be able to see the top of the eye. The Thames you will likely not see as you're a few city blocks in from the river and the hotel is no taller than the buildings around it. The view from the rooftop bar is breathtaking though and will include most of the eye.

I know that we had access to items in the mini fridge in the room, ie. spring water, coca cola, milk and chocolate bar. We also had continental breakfast, with options from the a la carte menu for a small price. Everything was delicious, and of course included coffee and tea.
