You can't beat this location if you want to leisurely stroll to many of the iconic places in central London. Although I am confident and enjoy using London's tube system, it was relaxing to take a post breakfast or dinner stroll from the Trafalgar Hotel to Trafalgar Square (literally across the street!), the Theatre District (attended the Lion King), Buckingham...

I have stayed at this Hotel for a number of years now, there can not be a better location for me, I walk everywhere with such ease. Fab rooms, although the ones at the front are better, I find paying for an upgrade is worth it. Staff always great, helpful, everything you could require. Can not comment on food as...

Dear Henry, It is a delight to read your comments regarding your recent stay with us and that you would recommend us to others. Our staff work very hard to ensure our guests think of our hotel as a "home away from home" and I am glad to know that this time we have succeeded. We would like to thank...

Had to stay in central London as we were at a wedding nearby. Location excellent, room was ok but right next to the lift and looking out the back straight into the windows of an office block. Not uncommon for central London but the price was ridiculous. Paying for location not the room!

This hotel has a stylish look and feel to it, and rooms are clean and contemporary. The concierge was very helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do in the area. Trafalagar Square and the National Gallery are steps away and many buses and tube lines run nearby, so it is very easy to get to many destinations...

This hotel is right at Trafalgar Square. Not a big hotel for a Hilton but has great staff and nice rooms. If you are looking for an Executive Club then don't come to this hotel. But they will give you the executive benefits of breakfast and free wi-fi. The rooftop bar is a real gem. They have commercial heaters that...

Staying in St. James's

Neighbourhood Profile
St. James's
Perennially fashionable since the days of Henry VIII, the aristocratic “Clubland” of St James's is a premier destination for high end craft and bespoke design. Here you’ll lose count of the Royal Warrants (which indicate that the Royal Family patronizes the establishment) seen in shop front windows, even during a short stroll to bordering Green Park or St James’s Park. With the brightly lit and constantly buzzing junction of Piccadilly Circus at its northeast corner and none of Central London too far away, this is an surprisingly central and accessible part of town, especially given its prosperous demeanor.
