Dear Guest, thank you for reviewing our hotel. I'm well aware of the unfortunate incident and on behalf of the whole Team I wish to extend my sincerest apologies once again. I fully understand your frustration. However, what happened was out of our hands and we tried our very best to sort things out as quick as possible and make it up to all our customers. I really hope that what you experienced won't deter you from staying with us in the future and that you will give us a second chance. Wishing you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Where is the nearest 24 hour parking ?
Truly I have no recollection, this area is known for lack of 24 hours parking! Street parking is not an option due to the time limitations. If I am not wrong there is one in the South Belgrave area
