Chose the hotel based on location. Just opposite King's Cross Railway Station. Service staff were rude. Not helpful at all. I had paid when I booked via Booking.com. Was charged a deposit of 200 pounds which was billed by the credit card company.
Rude receptionist. Tiny room which was dirty. Hole patched in the bathroom door. Cold shower. No soap. Nothing like the photos suggested. I stayed for less than 20 minutes and left after a cold shower.
