We're just home from a trip to London and a stay at this hotel, and we couldn't have been happier with the stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and were always available when needed. They always went the extra mile to keep guests happy. For example, guests were invited to request a light sheet or a jug of ice water...

Location! Location! Location! This was my first visit to London. A friend suggested this hotel and I am glad I followed his advise! Not a upscale place but very clean and reasonably priced. It is walking distance to most tourist attractions and has easy access to public transportation. Breakfast was an additional charge but worth every penny! No air conditioner...

We stayed in this Premier Inn last week. It is right on the South bank - we could see the London Eye from our bedroom window. We were able to walk across bridges to Covent Garden in 25 minutes and Westminster Abbey in less than 20 minutes. The price was okay given the location and a Starbucks was located across...

Given that we paid almost £200 per night for a room only, this hotel only really makes the OK level. Check in area and the process was disorganised, although check out was very swift. The location is excellent - just by the London Eye, and very close to Westminster. There is no Air Con in the rooms but there was...

We've just had an overnight stop at this superbly placed hotel. If you want to be in the centre of things for the day and night then you can't do much better than this. I booked one month ago for a saver rate of £79. The reception welcome is first class at all times, free luggage storage after checkout (although...

Stayed here to break up a journey so only used as a quick, overnight pit stop. The room was clean and comfy, usual Premier Inn standard with a big comfy bed and good heating/cooling controls for the room.We had our teenage son with us and he was happy with the sofa bed in the family room. Breakfast was great, and...

We have just had 4 nights in 2 rooms for 2 adults and 3 older children. Couldn't ask for a better location with easy walk to sites and public transport not to mention restaurants. Buffet breakfast is 1st class with many hot and cold options. Beds are super comfy just would have liked a fridge and full free wifi. Will...

Great location, in the middle of the atractions. There is no AC so it’s VERY Varm in the summer. And there was bulilind maintenance so the Windows had to be shut because of the noise. There was an scheduled fire alarm practice every week at Thursday at 10.15. The firearm went off at 09.45 and the staff dont know if...

Very friendly staff, clean room and central location meant that our family had a very good stay. Stay could have been better if room had air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the year. No room safes in the whole hotel did not work which was not ideal.

Staying in Southbank

Neighbourhood Profile
Southbank
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
