Pros - - A BRILLIANT location, five minutes walk from Kings Cross. Very convenient. - Staff were all extremely friendly and eager to help. Cons - - The pillows. I'm not normally one to complain about this sort of thing but the two on the bed were flat, heavy, just plain uncomfortable: you might as well not have had one...

Dirty, smelly, Mattress frayed, ripped and very badly stained. No expell air in the bathroom and empty shampoo sachets from previous occupant . Damp stain on ceiling in the living area. Windows full of black milldew and wet through. Window bottom and headboard paint cracked and peeling. Felt sick to the stomach. Did not want to stay, wanted to go...

OK there are some bad reviews on here and I can completely understand why but I'll start with the good points. 1. It's close to Euston station (5-10 mins walk) 2. We found it pretty clean, not spotless but definitely clean. 3. The breaksfast is quite nice but not enough of it if you're used to a buffet style breakfast....

It was well situated - but that is its only redeeming quality. What little full english breakfast there was, was good - but not enough of it. (One slice of bacon, one sausage, half a small tomato, one fried egg and a small spoon of beans). The Rooms We had two rooms which were equally as bad as each other....

There are some poor reviews of this hotel on the site and I was really worried as having booked before I checked (I know!) I was quite concerned. I must speak as I found however and the room was clean and had all that I needed for the one night stop. Yes they are small and clearly in need of...

Stayed for one night as had travelled with family to visit son for his 21st Birthday. Couldn't for the life of me see any distinction between the double/single rooms! They all looked the same - small! The tubs of milk in the room had gone off, and although the restaurant was very pleasant in comparison to the rooms, the cooked...

Unfortunately I got charged for nothing!! I sent an online availability request for six nights and gave my credit card number. I never heard back from the hotel, despite the fact that I gave them two email addresses. I wrote an email to them the following day as a reminder and I know they read it because I have the...

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. • The double bed was against walls on three sides.
  • Taken with my back against the opposite wall.
  • Shower base was 60cm square, no escape from the cheap shower curtain.
  • Showing the miniscule floor area.
