Very small room with the smallest shower I've ever seen. But this was good value for an overnight stay before a trip to Paris on Eurostar. Just a few minutes walk from St Pancras Station. The reception staff are lovely very friendly and there for 24 hours a day. Breakfast was free on our booking but we had to leave...

stayed here for three nights with my daughter, the room was very small, but as we were out from 9am until 9/10pm it didnt make a lot of difference to us, the room was very clean, bins were emptied daily, bathroom and tea/coffee replenished daily, breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and the staff were lovely, very helpful, obviously not...

I wanted a simple overnight stay before an early Eurostar, and this filled the bill. A simple, small room with a minute shower cubicle. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. A desk fan was very welcome on a hot night, and there was a kettle, tea bags, coffee sachets, milk cartons and biscuits. Unfortunately I was unable to...

We stayed a night here as we had an early train to Paris. It is very handy for Kings Cross/St Pancras. The rooms are pretty small and the bathroom is tiny but it is very clean and adequate for our purpose. We got this room at a very reasonable rate so for the time we spent in it perfectly fine.

I'm not sure where to start... We arrived after a long day on the train and wanted to lie down. The staff were friendly booking us in but needed confirmation from my mum that she was agreeing to pay (even though she had paid a long time ago) so we had to get her to call them. Don't know what...

One of the worse hotels I have ever experienced. Room is very smelly, old and smokey. And toilet-shower room as dirty as not cleaned even more smelly than sleeping area. No elevator so not suggested if you have big suitcase(s). A disappointment in such a good location.

The two positives about this hotel are the proximity to Euston-Kings Cross- St Pancras, and that the gentleman on reception smiled everytime we went past. However, the rest was rather sub-par. At £165 per night, it was actually more expensive than the nearby Premier Inn & Travelodge, so one can't even call it a 'budget' hotel, which it might just...

“Use any other hotel.”
  • The double bed was against walls on three sides.
  • Taken with my back against the opposite wall.
  • Shower base was 60cm square, no escape from the cheap shower curtain.
  • Showing the miniscule floor area.
