The hotel was awesome, oldstyle english building and inside was great! I liked the style. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The 1p room a bit small, but you can expect this in an old english city building. Subway is only 6min walk down the road and brings you to the centre in 10min. There is a shopping mall with...

Stayed in this B&B for 4 nights whilst in London. The House is set in a beautiful neighborhood, so its a fantastic walk back to the B&B looking at all the old houses. With hotel prices so high we decided to stay in a B&B as we only intended sleeping. The Rooms are clean and the breakfast is ok. Bathroom...

Great location. Agreed with other reviews- decor bit dated and tired, also with previous comment that you can shower, go to toilet and brush teeth all at same time, ensuite very small, I managed being 5.2 and slight build but others may struggle. Bed clean and very comfortable despite headboard being broken off, but we slept really well. Staff lovely....

My wife and I stayed there to visit our daughter who lives locally. The reservation was made on line very efficiently and at a cheaper price than many of the dedicated hotel websites. The hotel is welll situated for visitors to London. It is in a quiet safe area and close to both tube and bus routes, with several small...

I've stayed in Dawson hotel for four nights. It is located in quiet area 5 mins walk from Finchely road underground. It is clean, suitable for young couple. If I visit London again, it will be one of my first options.

Unless there is a drastic change in the management of this hotel, avoid staying there. Caravan type bathroom, unclean to set it mildly, unusable. The staff seemed ok, but don't count on the manager to help, he ignored the complaints. Worst experience ever regarding cleanliness and issues with the manager. A pity since the hotel could be nice in this...

This was our third stay at the Dawson House Hotel. It's perfectly situated in an upmarket area in inner London. The Tube and amenities are under 10 min walk. The rooms are quaint and views of the garden are a delight. The only negative is the bathroom which is very small. The breakfast is very well presented with ample choice....

location very good for tube, the road itself felt a safe environment to walk and reside in. The hotel stands and looks nice from the outside and the grounds are kept well. Once through the door its very dated In all communal areas, and the rooms also. The single room I stayed in was compact and the bathroom resembled one...

Love this little London hotel. Close to very good parking, restaurants, tube. Easy to get to from Wales and no congestion zone charges. What more could you ask for in London. Brilliant breakfast and nice rooms. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
