The room was too small to fulfill its description as a double room. Two single beds were pushed together. One of the beds was forty centimetres from the door to the tiny bathroom, so the door could not open fully. This created a safety hazard....More
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel having read some bad reviews on Trip Advisor. One of the men at the front desk was very pleasant, however others at the desk were less so. The hotel was located 2 mins from Earls Court subway, which...More
AWFUL, TERRIBLE HOTEL
RUDE STAFF, We were CHEATED by disonest people who publish pictures that doesn´t meet the reality.

With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
