Booked 2 rooms through Booking .com. Didn't work well. On line checking was not enabled. Physical check in seemed like the booking did not exist Two rooms in same building were not available so the second party is down the street somewhere. My bathroom is 3 floors down shared between 12+ rooms. . Back to the 1950/60's. AVOID!!

Rooms are clearly not cleaned, I found a sock in the bed - not pleasant at all. Floors were filthy under the bed - where I also found the other sock. Shower was very hard to get the right temperature - either freezing or boiling. Girl on reception was pleasant and helpful and the location was great - very close... More

Against my better knowledge I booked this location without making further research, and was quite shocked about what I got, or more specifically what I didn't get, for 100 pounds! My room was on the fourth floor where you climb stairs that could be even difficult for children with little feet, the last stairs you have to go blind as... More

Hotel is located in a quite street close to Victoria Station. As such a very good central location. Room was basic, but more then enough for a night. You feel very welcome and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very basic and VERY small. Great Customer Service - really welcoming and helpful. Good - CLEAN with lots of tea/coffee, Not so good - the room needs some thought so whoever designed or 'placed' things should have thought it through. Cleaning your teeth with a glass shelf in the way - you are either going to get toothpaste/water everywhere or... More

We booked this hotel for its proximity to the Victoria Coach Station, and it was perfectly located for an early morning start. It is in an old building with a winding staircase and no lift. If you have a lot of luggage, it would be a nightmare. The room we had did have a tiny bathroom and a tiny kitchen.... More

Needed somewhere to stay for a couple of nights and booking, com had this on offer - the location suited where I needed to be The positive - it was relatively cheap and relatively clean The negative - a not particularly welcoming owner who seems to be a pretty unlikely hotelier, you have to pay for wifi, a tiny and I... We booked a double room, it did have double bed, but no space for anything else. You felt like you were squeezed into a large cupboard. Going to the toilet was an experience to remember, my knees touched the sink. I took the bin out to fit in. Not recommended for anyone slightly larger.

I needed a room for 1 night next to Victoria Station. Very close to the coach and railwaystation. The room was clean. It was cheap for a last minute book in central London (45 GBP). It's a small hotel with very little rooms and almost no place to put your stuff. I can only recommend it for solo travellers or... More
