My mother booked this hotel for our recent sightseeing trip to London and the countryside, and we arrived at the Limetree as the last destination before flying home. It was great. The hotel is cute and quaint and feels quite homey even at the center...More

This clean hotel is well located in a great neighborhood. The staff is attentive and very friendly. They are always ready with a suggestion or directions. I would say the Lime Tree is a great value and I recommend it wholeheartedly.
The owners and staff were incredibly helpful with an attitude that nothing was too much for them. It felt like really being in London as opposed to a concrete building with no ambience. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was delightful, and the location simply...More
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw
away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.

When we were there in September for a week, we had a great complementary breakfast everyday. They were fully cooked from full English to continental what ever you wanted. The full English included bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes, baked beans and toast. You could also choose any portion of that such as the toast and bacon I liked or porridge (oatmeal), yogurt etc. They also brought around a danish and croissant basket. Every morning you were brought a pot of tea or coffee. The service was fantastic! Breakfast at the Lime tree was the thing we miss most about our stay in London!
