Such a welcoming experience to London! Great location just around the corner from the Victoria Tube and a brisk 10 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. The hotel sits on a quiet elegant street that was decorated for the Christmas holiday. The single room had a great view of the street. European bathrooms are smaller than ours in the US and...

Stayed for 4 nights and gained 5 lbs. A very nice B&B in a great location. Breakfast was awesome and staff were very helpful and nice. Glad I choose this place. Walking distance to the tube. The restaurant next door, Ebury Restaurant, has good food but so so service.

We spent a couple of days in October at the hotel and really enjoyed our stay so much that we will go back next year. This little family run hotel is not only in a perfect spot in London but also equiped with what we needed for our short stay. The neighbourhood is wonderful to walk around and to walk...

Having been in London at least 15 times this is the best hotel/b&b I've ever stayed at. I'm not sure if it's a hotel or b&b. I was a bit worried about the location, a stone throw away from Victoria Station but this actually turned out to be a blessing. Within walking distance from both Hyde Park, Oxford Street (20...

The Lime Tree Hotel was the perfect place for our week in London. You cannot beat the location. It is walking distance from Victoria Station where we caught the Gatwick Express to/from the airport - so convenient. Also, many of our tours departed from Victoria Coach Station, right around the corner, as well. In fact, we were able to walk...

My sister and I are just back from a 2 night stay in the Lime Tree Hotel. I couldn’t fault it. The building had character to it and was kept spotlessly clean. We stayed in a twin room which had a double and a single bed. Spacious room with a modern bathroom. The area is upmarket and we found it...

I stayed for a single night in a triple room on a business trip with my girlfriend. The welcome was warm and the room was perfectly proportioned. The bathroom looked new and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was also excellent, the whole stay was fantastic value for money - couldn't fault and I will be back!

The Lime Tree Hotel is a wonderful hotel in a convenient and lovely neighborhood. My family looks forward to returning many times in the future. The rooms are very clean and nice and the daily breakfast is very satisfying... Folks who want AC or an elevator should look elsewhere, but if you are able to do without those amenities, you...

This was our third stay at the Lime Tree, and each visit tops the previous. Helpful staff, a comfortable bed, exceptional traditional English breakfast, in a fine safe neighborhood with endless public transport connections nearby.

Staying in Belgravia

Neighbourhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
