I stay at this hotel at least once a year, and I would never consider staying somewhere else. The location is great (don't miss to take a morning run in Hyde Park). Friendly staff. Quirky rooms (ask for room 6 if you go by yourself)....More

I expected luxury, but no such thing. The room had not been properly cleaned( used shower cap under the bed, used shower gel in the shower!) polyester/ nylon sheets- yuk!! Tiles with loose grouting in bathroom...etc. But- breakfast was great.More

Our towels were changed every day. Some rooms are up steep stairs, so could be tricky with very young children or elderly parents.
