I can only comment on the room I had (Room 6 by the way). It was at the end of a corridor right next to the door to the breakfast room. It was probably part of the corridor at one time until they halved it and created room 6. The bedroom was uncomfortably tiny and you knew when everyone went... More

Just sleeping in the street... Even with ear plugs, woke up by every loud sound of tires and sirene... Room was just enough for two and globally clean. Just no way to sleep, too bad. I think I will avoid all Sussex hotel next time as they look all the same.

I visited this hotel for one night, paid 72 pounds for a room I could hardly move in with a window that can't be closed. The breakfast was a complete joke. Horrible croissant, no cheese, basically serials. The only good thing is the location, 5 minutes walk from paddington

Small hotel in good location, near to Paddington station. Walking distance to Hyde Park and Oxford street. Small room and competitive price as expected in Central London. Staff at check-in was quick and helpful.

If you need something close to Paddington Station and it's just for a night, this will do. Basic, fairly clean (wall and outside of shower could use a good scrub) and has all you need for a short stay. Bed is clean but too soft for my liking. I needed something last-minute and cheap. This did it.

Nice small Hotel in a Great Location in Paddington/Hyde park very close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations, and also within a very short walking distance of Oxford Street & Marble Arch. The hotel has a lift, Reception and a nice breakfast room which serves only continental breakfast. The rooms are nice for a standard 3 star hotel and are... More

We stayed there for five nights when I was on holidays with my son. We chose this because of the location near at the Paddington station, which was really handy and good (metro + Heathtrow express). There was also couple nice restaurants just around the corner, so one didn't need to go far for a dinner after sightseeing in London.... More

We stayed July 9th and 10th also for a concert at Hyde Park. Location was great. Hotel was disappointing. No Air Conditioning. When we asked about A/C we were told to open a window. Sash Window would not stay open and no fans available. Our window looked into another room at the back of the building. We were reluctantly given... More
