The Premier Inn London Euston hotel is often praised for its excellent location near central London and train stations, as well as for offering comfortable beds. However, guests have called out the hotel for its lack of air conditioning, leading to uncomfortably hot rooms, and have criticized the outdated decor and facilities.
While some areas are noted to be clean and inviting, many travelers argue that the hotel does not offer good value for money, with high prices for basic amenities and an atmosphere that feels stuck in the 1990s. Additionally, noise from traffic is a common concern, and inconsistencies in service quality have been highlighted.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. A peaceful nights sleep. The breakfast set me up for the day. You know what you get with a Premier Inn.

Excellent location, polite helpful staff. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent both in quality and value for money. The room was also very quiet with no noise which is an achievement given the central London location.

Stayed here for a few days in January. If I was looking at this hotel from the outside I probably wouldn't book it. It looks very run down outside and reception is very small. However the rooms are nice but in the 4 days we stayed there the beds were not changed. There was dirt on the duvet on one bed and the same dirt was on the duvet each night that we returned to the room! The bathroom was clean with a shared shower gel rather than individual bottles. When we arrived our room wasn't ready yet but they had a luggage storage room where we could leave the luggage when we arrived and on the day we checked out.
Location wise this hotel is great as it's a short walk away from both Euston station (great if you're planning on visiting Warner Brothers studio as you get the train from here to the studios) and also a slightly longer walk away from St. Pancras/Kings Cross so you could get a train to airport easily from here.

My family had the unfortunate experience of visiting Weston Super Mare Seafront Hotel to take a break from the Coronavirus stress that had built up over the previous months.
Having checked in we were given a keycard to a room which we were told was not ready but would be at 3pm. We returned to the room after 5pm and found it had not been cleaned since the previous guest had checked out.
We immediately became stressed as we were Covid paranoid by now. The room also stank and there was a huge stain on the carpet.
The staff on duty merely stated that they were understaffed and made no attempt to allay our fears, rather holding their hands up saying it wasn't their fault.
What followed was a series of blunders but suffice to say we were not at all made to feel comfortable and have not been satisfactorily compensated for such a massive blunder which could've led to someone actually dying as a result of their incompetence.
I would urge anyone to look elsewhere for a hotel to sleep in and feel lime you are in a suitably sanitized room.

Euston station right across the road. Handy for the early morning avanti train.
What can one say, a premier inn is a premier inn. Bring your disposable slippers, keep off the carpets, shower and do your stuff then jump back into your slippers and into bed. Then get up 2 hours before your train departure.
The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast serving costa coffee and all you want to eat fried full brekkie. Reasonably priced.

Check in quick a little perfunctory, rooms benefit from updating and more powerful shower with limescale removal from shower head, temperature good. The bed was very comfortable. On site restaurant very good value and customer service.

Stayed here with my family for a few days in London one good thing about this hotel was the location thats about it!
Got charged a different price for breakfast even though it was advertised all over the hotel for £9.99 even on the breakfast table it stated £9.99 the receptionist said the reason for the higher charge £10.50 was due to the breakfast being a buffet and had more items on it even though on the breakfast list (£9.99) it stated more items than were actually on the breakfast menu.
Woke up after our first night with bites all over my legs told reception and they came to inspect the bedding saying there was no bed bugs in the bed but they did compensate me and my partner for our breakfast for the duration of our stay and it would be refunded onto my card that day well that was over a week ago still waiting, phoned hotel saying the manager will contact me still no contact !
Housekeeping was non existent even though reception said they would go in after we asked, they did go in thats about it dropped some towels off in a bag and forgot to empty bins even though they placed the bag of towels next to them .
The hotel is very dated i stayed here over 15 years ago and it hasn’t changed the rooms are very dated .

When we arrived at the accommodation the staff were lovely but were only able to print off one room key for us so that was a bit of a pain. When we came into the room it was clean but the toilet was blocked before we even used it so we left it and it went down the next morning I woke up to a flooded bathroom full of dirty water and a blocked toilet so I rang down to reception they brought someone up but after he unblocked the toilet I had to clean up the dirty toilet water off the floor with toilet paper. Also we left at 10:30 that day and when we came home in the night time the room had not been freshened the bin was full beds weren’t made we had no clean towel so weren’t able to get a shower before going back out to see a show I was just very disappointed because I am normally so satisfied with premier inns. As the bin being full we had a lot of rubbish we couldn’t get rid off I couldn’t find anyone to ask for a bin bag so we had to leave the rubbish on the side which I hated doing but after I was home I noticed they took another £3.94 out of my bank which I was not informed about and have not been emailed to let me know why I will not be staying here again and I would like some sort of resolution for this as I don’t think the money I paid was worth any of it

One thing it is always good to know is that the Premier Inn can always be trusted to provide a good, well priced, clean, high quality room for the night when the train network goes awry and you end up stranded at Euston Station. The staff were really accommodating helping other similarly situated individuals in storing luggage and getting them booked in for the evening, until hopefully the trains begin to fully operate tomorrow. Thanks again.

We chose this Premier Inn for its proximity to Euston Station though it is also handy for St. Pancras and King's Cross. Also convenient for the British Museum and a short walk to Theatreland. We did not sample the food on offer as there are plenty of other options close by (Cafe Rouge at Euston Station for example) but the bar was reasonable priced. Our room was adequate and beds comfortable. I felt the premises were due for a refurbishment as I have stayed in nicer Premier Inns. If you want the convenient location this is fine and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage after checkout until we were ready to catch our train.

This site doesn’t have air con - I would avoid it for that reason. Nearby Prem Inn at Kings Cross and St Pancreas both have air con.
I don’t know about booking - book 9 nights and 1 night, you can connect the bookings on site and keep the same bedroom throughout.
Hope you enjoy London - I love it.
You can leave luggage here
Maybe give them a call to reassure yourself
