We had a 4 night booking and even though we had payed the entire bill we checked out after 1 night. We chose to stay here because of the free wifi we had been told about. Not only do they not offer free wifi but wifi costs 10 pounds for 24 hours and only works In the lobby. This is... More

Thought that some of the reviews might just be exagerated - but no! Right from the Surly receptionist, to the hunt for the room and the room itself - well everyone was right. This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed in. When we found the room we were greeted with a 3/4 curtain, ie one that did... More

The hotel is horrible, poor breakfast, uncomfortable beds, dirty rooms. Do not make coffee from the water heater provided in bedrooms DO NOT. No free wifi, no hot shower, you can hear the neighbors. No payment with Visa cards or other cards. The good thing is the location, near to metro and bus station. Near to coffee shops, restaurants and... More

Absolutely horrible, dirty walls and ceilings, holes in the wall, curtains falling off, no light shades, and cramped. Can hear next doors conversion. Not as advertised. Would never stay again even if was free.

Terrible hotel the only positive is the location cleanlinees very basic beds not comfortable hotel services extremely poor breakfast is a joke does not worth the money you are giving at all charges also if you want to leave your luggages for a while!

Upon arrival I was greeted by good pleasant reception staff, helpful, no complaints there my room. However, leak from. Ceiling, carpet wet, electric dangling from ceiling, I'm in a family room. Which can only be examined to look like a youth hostel. Hate shower curtain, although it serves its purpose.

I can't begin to say how horrible my room was! I checked out within 15 minutes of seeing my room! TV broken and dirty, no AC, no WIFI, dirty drinking glass, you to pay to use their computer, broken window and handle, broken night stand, no dresser, exposed wires...I could go on. Stay away! I wish I could leave 0... More

Bad experience, No hot water. No Lift. No service. You need to carry your luggage on stairs. Rooms are not good. Worst than Motel. Not Worth to spend your valuable Money. They don't service properly and argue for not having manpower. Top of that they charge for Luggage to keep with reception. They won't bother about customers and service they... More
