Had one night in a suite, great service, great rooms, only 10 mins from central London. Very good value for money Would definitely stay again on my next visit. Bonus that parking was available at no extra cost.

Really enjoyed our stay here - rooms far and above exceeded expectations and the staff were efficient and friendly. The beds were amazing and it was a struggle to wake up on the Sunday morning! Certainly recommend and the pub below is great for evening meals.

Stayed here pre rugby at Twickenham. It's about 20 minutes from the ground by car. It was lovely to have a bit of character rather than the usual standard room arrangement that you find in chain hotels. There was some striking wallpaper in the room. Bathroom was good with a lovely double shower. Couldn't get the normal shower head to...

Thank you for your review, I'm glad you had a good stay with us and our very complimentary to our amenities. I'm sorry about not having 'regular coffee' in the rooms, I thought we had Nescafe sachets in the selection, I'll look into this and make sure its rectified. Also I'm sorry you had a less than perfect breakfast experience,...

We chose this hotel because of the Old English atmosfeer we expected to find. The entrance and the bar exceeded our expectations and staff was very friendly. The bar was really nice and cosy. The suite we booked wasn't that proper however. The ceiling light was pretty dusty and the paint of the window frames in the bathrooms wasn't in...

I recommend this hotel to anybody. The people are friendly, the vibe is fantastic, and the food and drink is great. The hotel has a great movie type theme going for it, which I thought was quite cool. The room I had was beautiful. The room service was also amazing. I would walk in and everything seemed to be sorted...
