Came here for afternoon tea to celebrate a friends 60th birthday. On the expensive side, but lovely setting, staff were very attentive, plenty of food and were even given doggy bags to take home with us.

My fiancee and I spent 3 nights at The Grosvenor while we were in sight seeing in London, the hotel is in a great location right next to Victoria station, and the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well furnished. If it was not for the sub par service I would have rated this hotel 5/5. So lets start the...

We recently visited London for the first time and our stay at the Grosvenor was excellent. They had very knowledgeable and attentive staff that were eager to help and make our stay a pleasant experience. The daily breakfast at the hotel was exceptional.

We had a very good experience staying at this hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was great because it was attached to Victoria Station (tube) and very near the Victoria Coach Station (bus). It was also within walking distance to Buckingham Palace. We had two rooms (a triple which was a nice spacious room) and a double (which was...

I stayed here for 2 nights recently with my husband. I chose it as have stayed in two of the others in this chain before and this was on a promotional offer. Getting there was easy. There is an entrance to the hotel directly from Victoria station - ideal for those arriving on public transport, and for getting around London....

Dear Reviewer, Thanks for your post and loyalty to our brand. I was pleased to read you would definitely stay with us again when you are next in London. I agree that a comfortable bed is very important after a busy day and our Hypnos beds with mattress toppers receive many favourable comments. Thanks for your feedback regarding your breakfast...

Many, many steps with no help from bellboys in taking in luggage. Extremely expensive and the rooms were tiny and plain. Beautiful foyer and good location but I would neither recommend nor stay here again.

We were treated extremely well. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was fine was comfortable and had all amenities including very good internet access. The location was great for walking to most major sites in London. Also the location was great for picking up the train, underground and bus to outlying areas.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
