A lovely hotel with a great service. And high finish but it was tiny, stayed in double deluxe rooms and as 6ft 2in person I couldn't fit in anything. Bathroom really nice but too small. Facilities and services were numerous and brilliant.

Stayed here for 1 night whilst celebrating my partner's birthday. There's one thing that should always raise an alarm with a traveler, and that it, when the Receptionist says to you that they're going to give you a great room. In my experience, this means that they are going to test you to see if you'll put up with whatever...

Dear Reviewer, Thanks for your post. As recently appointed General Manager, I was disappointed to read of your experience and appreciate you taking the time to detail what occurred. We are proud of the service and standards we offer here and on this occasion, we failed. Clearly there are some issues that need to be addressed and I would like...

Began a tour around Britain from this hotel and was very disappointed by the room size, lifts that did not work, showers over bath that meant water went every where. There was no air conditioning in the rooms and with hot weather in London, things were very stuffy in a shoebox room. We had intended to return to the Grosvenor...

Stayed 3 nights with two children, nice room and hotel overall. Staff were accommodating. Hotel is well placed next to victoria underground to get about easily to all main attractions. Breakfast was good but had one evening meal in Grosvenor Arms which was disappointing. Also at time of stay only one lift was working in reception which meant lots of...

Dear Reviewer, Thanks for your post. The Grosvenor is perfectly positioned to explore the sights that London has to offer either by public transport which is just outside our doors or on foot with many tourist attractions close by. I was dismayed your experience in The Grosvenor Arms was not as it should be and you had a delay with...

Would just like to show my appreciation to the staff at this beautiful hotel who put every effort in to making our weekend break as brilliant as it was. The location is perfect for exploring with Victoria tube literally next door. Firstly we stayed here for our daughters 5th birthday where she was given a beautiful gift from the hotel...

We went here last weekend for my daughters birthday (a surprise party) and also to be with her when her boyfriend proposed! The staff were lovely, the place is divine and the food was very good. We actually used the Grosvenor Arms restaurant which is a little more informal but never-the-less, it was excellent service

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in July for a Friday and Saturday. One of the nights was the theatre package (we went to see Wicked) and the other night was when Take That were in Hyde park. The hotel is in a great location for both the Apollo theatre and Hyde Park - both within walking distance. There...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
